What we collect
- Name, organisation, email address and optional phone number.
- Organisation type, project type, budget band and preferred dates.
- The content of messages and digital audit answers, including descriptions of current systems and problems.
- Technical data needed to run the site, such as a session cookie for security (CSRF and login for staff admin).
Why we collect it
We process this information so we can respond to enquiries, deliver a digital audit, quote for work, and keep a record of conversations we have had with you. The legal basis is legitimate interests in operating a consultancy, and consent where you have ticked the form checkbox.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in our database and may be emailed to riaz@mlrtransformations.co.uk. We do not sell this information. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and audit records are kept for as long as we need them to provide a service or to keep a reasonable business record, then deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete a submission that has not become part of a live project.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing riaz@mlrtransformations.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
